SELF Groups
(Social Emotional Learning Fun)
These grotps will include hands-on and engaging art, drama, mindfulness, and movement activities to focus on 3 main areas: social skills, self-regulation, and executive functioning. These groups are designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind, including but not limited to those with AD/HD, ASD, Asperger’s, Anxiety, 2E, and Dyslexia. No diagnoses needed!
